On-line ordering is about 50% more expensive than telephone ordering. I will never use again. When we tried to telephone in our order the call was immediately switched to voice mail. We will continue to order from Rice to Go but only in person or by telephone.

The on-line ordering process was convenient and easy to use and the quality of the food was excellent. My only concern is I ordered and paid for two Spring Rolls, but only one was delivered.
