First it appears they charged us a $9 tip to pick up our own food. Then the food was very disappointing. Our ho fen noodles were mostly tasteless sauce with weird textured beef. The few noodles in the dish were mushy. The chilli chicken was the opposite with hardly any sauce at all and the same for the crispy honey garlic beef which was the only barely decent dish. Fried rice and egg rolls were meh.

On-line ordering is about 50% more expensive than telephone ordering. I will never use again. When we tried to telephone in our order the call was immediately switched to voice mail. We will continue to order from Rice to Go but only in person or by telephone.
